Due to scanning, there is a bit of colour shift.
Now the fun part - blending! I've used a Prismacolor colourless blender marker to blend the layers of coloured pencil. Work from light to dark. The marker can be used to "pull" colour, so be careful.

Ooooh I love this effect. It's very dramatic and blurs the strokes beautifully.
