Colouring Tutorial - Step 3.8

Colours used:

Crimson Red - PC 924
Tuscan Red - PC 937
Orange - PC 918
Mineral Orange - PC 1033
Peach - PC 939
Cream - PC 914
Canary Yellow - PC 916
Dark Umber - PC 947
Burnt Ochre - PC 943
Violet Blue - PC 933
White - PC 938
Colourless Blender Pencil - PC 1077
Colourless Blender Marker - PM 121

Note the application of Blue Violet to his face around his mouth and along his jaw. Andreas prefers to be clean shaven, but there is still the shadow of facial hair. I also applied a little bit of Violet Blue to his wrist and bicepts to indicate the presence of veins under the skin. There is NO black in this picture. The darks were achieved with Tuscan Red, Violet Blue and Dark Umber. Highlights are Cream and White. The medium skin tones were lightly burnished with Mineral Orange.
